If you are looking for music for concentration, there will be an endless number of videos at 432 Hz, 417 Hz, 538 Hz etc. But, <strong>What do these frequencies mean? Do they really work?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Let&#039;s start by defining what a frequency is ...<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p { text-align: justify; }\">In physics, a frequency is the speed at which an object vibrates, or more simply, a string. 1 Hz (a Hertz) is when in 1 second 1 vibration occurs in total, which is a complete oscillatory movement of the said string, as it appears in the following image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sistemas.com\/termino\/wp-content\/uploads\/Hertz.gif\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>Representation of the Hercios.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>In short, if in a second a string (or any resonant object) vibrates 500 times in full oscillations, then it is at a frequency of 500 hertz.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is cymatics?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p { text-align: justify; }\">It is a branch of acoustic sciences in which patterns generated by sound frequencies are studied in <strong>liquids<\/strong>. Some examples are <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Figuras_de_Chladni\">Chladni plates<\/a> or the Tibetan bowls with water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/1yaqUI4b974\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p { text-align: justify; }\">Inspired by the above, it was created in 2002 <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"CymaScope (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cymascope.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">CymaScope<\/a>, a wonderful device in which you could <strong>to photograph<\/strong> patterns arising in liquid containers. Thompson<\/strong> of the <strong>Neuro-acoustic Research Center<\/strong> He has dedicated his career to studying how vibrations affect brain wave patterns <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(read his work here in English) (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/scientificsounds.com\/index.php\/library\/neuroacoustics-the-healing-power-of-sound\" target=\"_blank\">(read his work here in English)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p { text-align: justify; }\">In his work, it was concluded that each patient needs to be subjected to different frequencies, according to their physiology and discomfort. <strong>That is why for each person there is a particular tone according to their need.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What does Cymatics have to do with all this?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p { text-align: justify; }\">It is believed that the patterns studied by the CymaScope and the Chladni plates are a <strong>molecular or cellular archetype<\/strong> that can harmonize different systems in nature. That includes our regenerative cells and our brain synaptic processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p { text-align: justify; }\">Not for nothing, during increased consciousness experiences (power plants, near-death experiences or hallucinations), practitioners experience seeing <strong>fractal figures<\/strong> and <strong>geometric patterns<\/strong> of extreme beauty. It is as if these patterns were a means to understand more deeply the elementary blocks that construct reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p { text-align: justify; }\">A very interesting case is also that of the researcher <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Masaru Emoto (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/oliveriosatisfecho.es\/masaru-emoto-mensajes-agua\/\" target=\"_blank\">Masaru Emoto<\/a>, who despite his controversial studies, stated that <strong>words<\/strong>, <strong>prayers<\/strong>, <strong>sounds<\/strong> and <strong>thoughts<\/strong> directed towards a volume of water <strong>they would influence<\/strong> on the shape of the ice crystals obtained from it.
