Sound Healing - Playa del Carmen

A unique musical experience where rhythm is set by your own heart.

Soul Sync bases its experiences on Interoception, which is the ability to listen to the internal stimuli of our body through increased perception. Live a Sound Healing concert accompanied by 5 musical instruments: guitar, violin, harp, handpan and your heart.

You read well; your heart is the fifth instrument that will set the rhythm of music. This is possible thanks to the use of stethoscopes to listen clear and deeply to the heart rate; hallmark of Soul Sync® experiences. And what better place to enjoy it than Nah-Ha House of Water, a temple with organic architecture in the middle of the magical jungle of Playa del Carmen (within the city).

The music of this sound experience is designed to flow naturally with your heart rate, so as to stimulate synchronization of all sounds together. This directly benefits the heart/brain relationship through our nervous system (heart/brain coherence).
